We are now offering eBill in addition to the existing payment options.
With eBill you can receive our bills directly in your financial institution’s e-banking solution in future. Saves time, secure and paperless – whether in the office, at home or on the move. You decide whether and when to pay the bill and retain full control.
eBill offers you a whole series of advantages:
- Free service integrated directly in your e-banking/e-finance
- Receive digital bills, check them and pay with a single click
- Transmit payments error-free and reliably
- Retain full control of all processes on the eBill platform
- Less time involved as you no longer need to type the account number, reference number or amount
- Payment on the specified value date, no risk of default interest or reminders
- Set-up and change standing orders or standing approvals for recurring bills simply
- Access your bills at any time and from any location on the eBill platform
- Less paper thanks to digitalization
What else should you bear in mind if you opt for eBill?
- eBill invoices are always definitive. They will not be cancelled or offset
- You will continue to receive each bill via connect. Make sure that you do not pay them again if you download them in connect
The switch to eBill is really simple and involves just three steps:
- Log in – log in as usual to e-banking/e-finance of your bank or the post office.
- Activate – select eBill in the navigation and activate the service.
- Select – you can now select Ausgleichskasse Zürcher Arbeitgeber (AZA) under “Billers” and add it to the list. To do this, enter your dossier or settlement number for AZA (e.g. 123456 or 10000.00). We will then save you as an eBill recipient for future bills.

In this case you do not have to do anything, the previous billing process will continue as usual.
